Responsibilities:

We are looking for New Grad Emergency Department (ED) RNs to join our specialty residency program! The ENA Emergency Nurse Residency Program at Clovis Community Medical Center is a state-of-the-art training initiative designed to enhance the skills, confidence, and well-being of new nurses in our Emergency Department (ED). This 18 to 20-week comprehensive program is not just about skill development; it's about fostering a nurturing environment where nurses can thrive professionally and personally. It is tailored to ensure our nurses are well-equipped to handle the ED's unique challenges, all while serving our mission of delivering exceptional care. 

 

When you join our recently expanded ED, you will join the dynamic team that serves over 200 patients per day. If you thrive on adrenaline and a day full of variety, are eager to collaborate with teams who love working together, and working with professionals across Community, then this is the place for you!

 

This new cohort will begin February 24th, 2025.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Graduation from an accredited registered nursing programRN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license requiredBLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredDisclaimer:
