Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales? Look no further! Our Ryan Homes team is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives. No real estate experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Position: Sales Representative Location: Nashville and surrounding areas Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!) Experience: At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homesProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales processCollaborate with our marketing team to generate leadsEstablish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferredStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindsetTenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targetsOrganizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectivelyCurrent top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales
