Position: Sales Representative Location: Charlotte East Areas Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps earn over $200,000) Experience: At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred

Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homesProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales processCollaborate with our marketing team to generate leadsEstablish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindsetTenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targetsOrganizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectivelyCurrent top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales
