The New Member Journey Area Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day penetration rate performance for individuals and teams through tracking and report management. This individual will manage NMJ Representatives while acquiring maximum production standards and efficiencies. Must be able to motivate, understand and drive performance KPIs around all new member processes and requirements. Also responsible for ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures and systems.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise NMJ daily operations expectations within their assigned area Recruit, train, and develop representatives Ensure locations are staffed at expectations Effectively manages schedule and PTO requests • Meet and exceed site penetration levels at all sites Positive relationship and collaboration with Quality Assurance Representatives to achieve maximum penetration Consistently hosts meetings with all associates to gain feedback and modify best practices Perform ongoing training, mentoring sessions and performance appraisals • Ensure end-of-day and weekly report outs to Leadership by set deadlines Supervise collateral inventory at sites Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned
