What you will do:

The New Patient Coordinator is dedicated resource to support new patient appointment access. 

Process new patient appointment requests for Primary Care Practices (IM/FM)Point of contact for post-hospital/ED discharge appointment requests for patients with no PCPManage internal patients’ transitions resulting from PCP departure from practiceFacilitate internal transfer for patients who are “aging out” from our Pediatric divisionAppointment confirmation callsEPIC scheduling work queues & waitlistGood Faith EstimatesMedical Record RequestsNew patient appointment conformation calls

What you will need:

Strong leadership skills requiredAssociate’s degree preferred, High School Diploma/Equivalent RequiredDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office product and other computer applicationsDemonstrated experience with delivering successful customer serviceDemonstrated experience with handling multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.Managing difficult customers respectfully and without confrontationPrevious medical office experience preferredAbility to lift 25 lbs.

Pay Range: $17.50 - $21.80

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
