New Plant Licensing Lead (Mobile), located in Cranberry, PA.
Your Day-to-Day:
Leads New Plant Licensing Engineering activities Supports the Licensing Engineering group manager in workload planning and resource assignments Leads and coordinates preparation of New Plant proposals, including work definition, coordination of technical descriptions, scheduling Researches & develops licensing approaches for New Plant products and services Drives continuous improvement of products, processes, and/or procedures Mentors and trains new licensing employees Supports reduction of composite rate and expand activity beyond US based engineers Leads innovation and internally funded licensing activities for New Plants Leads technical teams in licensing products and processes as part of a broader engineering solution Works independent and demonstrates capability of mentoring engineers leading teams in the execution of complex tasks Sets day-to-day operational objectives for individuals or teams, ensures that policies and procedures are understood and followed Leverages knowledge of Westinghouse products as a differentiator to positively impact customer relationships
