Job Responsibilities:
Develop new product industrialization, new tire process and continuous improvement on reducing cost from construction change Develop process and innovation solutions to improve quality of tire. Reduce waste of process improvement. Develop the new product according product road map and meet the customer requirements Develop and continuously improve managerial and technical skills Train, mentor, coach, counsel and discipline direct reports and perform periodic
evaluations of subordinates as needed. Develop and maintain equipment safety, quality, productivity and energy standards. Involvement PO (Plant Optimization) process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Rubber and Polymer Technology. Experience in compounder and tire process. Basic user of Microsoft Excel. Good verbal and written English communication skills. Collaborative and team-oriented temperament. Good initiate and implement process improvement.
