Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a New Product Program Manager to join one of the largest technology companies in the world. Within this role you will be apart of a several step process for the production of the ASIC chip. The product lifecycle (PLC) is as follows: Concept Commit, execution commit, NPI commit, product release, and end of life. As the NPPM you will enter the planning after the concept commit. You will be supporting the schedule for the qualification plan where you will schedule, draft, and track the product while hosting core team meetings. These team meetings will be held weekly or as needed for a successful launch. In addition, you will be responsible for holding great customer service when speaking and working closely with customers and upper level management. The NPPM will be responsible for change management to go through change processes and help implement. A strong candidate will be familiar with ATE test maturity and have interfaced with all of the following teams: Marketing, design, DFT, Product engineering, test engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, customers(internal and external), quality, change management and BOM.
The Hourly Rate Range is from $63-$65/hr

Skills and Requirements
-8-10 years of experience as a new product program manager
-Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
-Background in ASIC, semiconductor or test manufacturing
-Presentation skills
-Experience with Monday.com and excel
-PMP/Scrum Master certification null
