YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
根据BU品牌的特点,结合市场数据与合作伙伴的需求制定并执行O2O渠道策 略,以提高品牌的市场份额并完成渠道销售目标;根据KA连锁(海王星辰、大参林、高济、国大、益丰等)的的O2O运营策 略、生意表现制定相应的JBP方案,实现目标客户的业务增长; 根据O2O平台(美团,饿了么,京东秒送等)业务模式、操作系统、运营方 法,独立完成各平台活动上线; 管理及分配全国O2O资源,并与区域销售团队紧密配合,通过O2O赋能线下渠 道的同时,持续评估资源投放的效果,确保ROI最大化;负责TP服务商的管理,确保平台投资的执行及落地效果;在医药新零售行业及时洞察行业的新动向、新玩法,结合品牌情况,不断优 化创新,寻找新的机会点与增长点。
WHO YOU ARE
本科以上学历; 3年以上O2O业务管理及运营经验,熟悉医药零售行业,有独立运营O2O项目 的经验; 熟悉O2O操作后台,具备一定的数据分析能力及提出有效解决方案的能力; 有较强的对外沟通能力、谈判能力,对内协作能力、资源整合能力
