Context & Main Purpose of Job The Distributive Development Group (DDG) New Revenue Streams Specialist will be the lead for total New Revenue Streams program for the General Trade business. Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas + Leads the Mobiling Program + Develops, codifies, and standardizes other NRS projects (Events and Party Package) + Work withs and collaborates with Omni-Trade Marketing team on the channel growth programs and promotions + Co-lead with Digital Commerce team in overseeing and managing the operations of IC Now Partners + Effectively analyze the data (internal and external) and be able to provide data-driven insights and action plans to grow the business. + Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to and can negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel.
