The New Solutions Development Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams for initiatives related to Valvoline Global Operations product lines in the Americas. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the launch of new products and any changes to existing products (line extensions, minor modifications, cost improvement opportunities, etc.) The primary focus is to initiate, plan, execute, control and close approved projects via the New Solutions Development process. The 3 main responsibilities will be to Plan, Monitor, and Document progress of the project in a highly organized process to stay on schedule and within budget. _This role will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday in Lexington, KY._ **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Lead project commercialization teams. Responsible for creating, managing, and communicating project timelines, and adjusting the project plan as needed based on organizational priorities. + Lead cross functional team meetings to commercialize the project plan.
