The Job in a Nutshell:
The New Store Trainer Vitamins is responsible for setting the Vitamin and Book Department for all new stores, relocations and remodels in accordance to scheduled timelines in preparation for store opening. This position is also responsible for some additional or continued training for the Vitamin Department Manager, NHC and store staff on policies and procedures in these departments. This position involves both setting and guiding new store crew members on set up procedures at new stores. This position includes helping with the cleaning, organizing and set up of other areas in the store during new store set up as directed by Team Lead.
When not setting up stores, this position involves working at existing stores where additional help is needed or could include working on projects at other locations as directed by Executive Vice President.
All training will be conducted in accordance with company policy and procedures, with a focus on World Class Customer Service.

Assist Team Lead with creating shelf setting binders needed for new store set up, as directed by Team LeadPrint updated department schematics prior to each new store, relocation or remodel to take to store for set upCleans, sets up, stocks and tags Vitamin Department at new store, relocation or remodel set up to ensure completion before new store opening. Guides store staff with set up, stocking and taggingUtilizes the required checklists to communicate the progress to Team Lead during store set upCommunicates missing product, missing or broken displays and any other issues with Team Lead and Purchasing Department Records and communicates any updates to sets at new store set up to Team LeadTakes pictures of Vitamin Department and gives to Team LeadAssists Team Lead in preparing for inventoryOrders vitamins for new store set up with guidance Trains Vitamin staff on ordering policies and proceduresTrains Vitamin staff on cleaning and setting shelves with assistance from the Vitamin staffAssists with cleaning, organizing and setting up other areas of store as directed by Team LeadWorks at existing stores where additional help is needed when not setting a new store, relocation or remodel. This may involve working in any department stocking, receiving, working backstock, cashiering or other tasks as neededModels World Class Customer Service at all times; whenever at new store set ups, relocations and remodels or when working in existing stores
