**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Newbuild QA Analyst** to review specifications, create/edit test suites, and identify areas where test suites need improvement. This position will be **full-time** and **remote**
**What You'll Do**
+ Review specifications, create/edit test suites, and identify areas where test suites need improvement
+ Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products
+ Validate applications against specifications, using documented test procedures, report defects using JIRA
+ Perform regression, integration, and release testing for applications
+ Collaborate with other team members, software developers and product management to ensure comprehensive test coverage
+ Implement the strategies, standard approaches, methodology and techniques for testing
+ Conduct QA reviews for test projects, and work with test teams to improve performance
+ Assist with any setup and loading of labs or areas if needed
**What You'll Need**
+ Associate degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
+ Experience in an information technology environment
+ Knowledge/experience with JIRA
+ Strong ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet project goals
+ Demonstrates a wide degree of creativity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills while being able to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines
+ Ability to work on your own, with limited supervision
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and WebEx is required
+ Must be willing to travel internationally (up to 3 months at a time)
+ Work Miami-time (Eastern Time: UTC-4h) or Shipyard-time (varies by project)
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
