Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa operates a distinguished 24 month Graduate Program, known as the ‘Next-Generation Graduate Program’ catering to candidates from a range of academic backgrounds, encompassing fields such as Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgical), Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics. This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to acquire indispensable practical experience and professional training. The ‘Next-Generation Graduate Program’ will offer the successful graduate a permanent placement from the commencement of the program.
