NextGen Senior Manager - Environment Manager

We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. **Position Summary** This Senior Manager position will be part of the broader NextGen team and will serve as the Environment Manager that will interact with our business partners, delivery, quality assurance, infrastructure, and software vendor partners to maintain concierge level support. In this role, responsibilities include, but not limited to: + Responsible for cross team management for development and testing requirements. + Collaborate with numerous teams including but not limited to: Database Administrator, Infrastructure, Software Vendors, Data Governance Board, Quality Assurance, and business partners while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. + Participate in infrastructure maintenance and application releases. + Maintain system support documentation. + Adhere to all established methodologies, standards, and guidelines. + Maintain compliance with industry and company data masking standards. + Mentor junior members of the team to develop their technical skills. + Required to be on call support 24x7 as needed. + Responsible for various aspects of event, incident, and problem management. + Maintain and monitor daily / weekly processes and programs in our environments and proactively identify and resolve potential issues. + Maintain and document all vendor software release artifacts. + Foster a positive environment and demonstrate successful relationship building with cross-functional teams and business partners. **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience working in and/or leading dynamic cross-competency teams with issue resolution. + 5+ years of experience with complex systems and solving challenging analytical problems. + 3+ years of project management experience. + Possess Medicare and Individual Family Plans business acumen including understanding of business flows from enrollment to claims processing through to downstream workflows. + Competent, self-starter with ability to identify and bring forward ideas to improve the overall support of the NextGen program. + Strong analytical, critical thinking, negotiation, problem resolution and decision-making skills. + Strong facilitation and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to manage detailed information and volume of information with attention and quick recollection. + A willingness to learn applications and company masking policies. + Be a confident member of an evolving team that is willing to work hard to make a difference for peers, business and other IT professionals. + Align with the Heart at Work Behaviors of CVS Health – Put people first; Join forces; Inspire Trust; Rise to the Challenge; Create Simplicity. **Preferred Qualifications** + Competent, self-starter with ability to identify and bring forward ideas to improve the overall support of NextGen platform. + Understanding of data and data masking requirements. + Proven success with achieving highest levels of customer satisfaction. + Demonstrated team player skills to achieve organization goals. + Possess reasoning and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail. + Proven ability to work across boundaries without alienating others, while bringing out the best in peers to be successful. + Demonstrated ability to understand both software and hardware requirements. + Understanding of delivery process via SAFE/AGILE methodologies. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; comfortable communicating with all levels of the company to include Senior Leadership and software vendor partners. + Demonstrated experience with Configuration Management, monitoring Tools and Documentation. + Experience with Delphix data virtualization, data masking and test data management is a plus. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or closely related technical field or 1 year of professional experience for every year degree not obtained **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
