Job Description

Partner with key business resources to determines and define adoption scope and objectives of medium to large projects, predicts resources needed to reach objectives, and manages resources in an effective and efficient manner

Manages multiple stathes of large projects and prepares budget based on scope of work and resource requirements for these stages

Tracks project costs to meet budget. Develops and manages a detailed project schedule for medium to large projects or multiple project stages

Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and the project board

Assists to manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

Utilizes industry and company best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Monitors progress adjusts as needed, and measures project performance to identify areas for improvement

Manage and train a team of project managers to enhance planning efficiency and accelerate adoption of LIMS technology in the Labs

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts and translate it to business value

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired

Experience in managing IT teams would be advantage

Proficient in English

 

Job Skills

Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodology including using tools like Microsoft Project, Concerto, Jira

Proficient in the understanding of Quality assurance (QA) laboratory work processes

Generate actionable insights & reports to drive decision-making using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc

Proficient in Office 365 administration and collaboration tools
