Benefits & Perks:Compensation: $35 to $45/hour Please note, this role will be hybrid (3 times a week). Candidate must live in Ontario or Nova Scotia.Responsibilities:Identify customers with outstanding debts.Contact and track debtors, encouraging timely repayment.Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries.Create and implement debt collection courses of action.Negotiate specific payment plan arrangements with debtors.Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding customer accounts.Qualifications:Must be Bilingual in French and English.Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in Credit/Collections, Strong Customer Service, Call Center Environment and Account Receivable experience.Must have Banking Industry Experience.
