Job description

This Role predominantly revolves around the use of criminal investigation case management systems

Responsible for organising, planning, and prioritising changes to the CMS, including using their judgement and autonomy to provide accurate access to users.Experience in using criminal CMSs that are relational databases, such as Clue 3 or equivalent.Experience in data entry, indexing, linking nominal and associated records, and handling data within criminal case management and intelligence databases.Knowledge and experience of using Power BI analytical tool and/or spreadsheets, to generate and manage exception reports.Experience using API functions to bulk record management. Experience working as team undertaking counter fraud functions, including investigation, and demonstrable understanding of legislation at an operational level to mitigate sensitive data breaches (CPIA, DPA, GDPR etc.)Understanding of data retention requirements compliant with DPA and GDPR.Experience validating records in a CMS to ensure data integrity.An investigative or law enforcement background.Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist (ACFS) or Government Counter Fraud Profession (GCFP) registered or have demonstrable operational experience within the NHS.Excellent verbal and written skills, with experience of communicating, influencing, and handling complex issues as an individual, and on behalf of the team at an organisational level.Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload effectively, meet strict deadlines, set targets, and monitor achievements.Proficient in using the MS Office Program suite.Required to work from a London base. Review legislative requirements, policies, and guidance to ensure they are adhered to on behalf of the NHS within England and Wales

if you are successful, you will be subject to security checks which take approximately 2-3 weeks to process.

To work within Central Government you will need an in-date passport and 2 proof of address documents.
