Job Requirements
Front Desk AgentThe Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.Responsibilities include managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, handling payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.Front Desk Agents also assist with room assignments, upgrades, and provide information about the hotel’s services and amenities.They work closely with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met and resolve any issues promptly.In addition our night auditors will set up for breakfast at the end of their shift.


Work Experience
Front Desk AgentExcellent communication and customer service skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.Familiarity with hotel management systems (PEP).Basic administrative skills (handling reservations, processing payments).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.Knowledge of Hilton’s service standards and brand policies.
