**Job Description** **General Purpose:** The Tower Sealer Palletizer works in the Cheese department rotating between three workstations: bagging finished cheese blocks, sealing of the cheese package and palletizing finished product. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** + Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements. + Operate a forklift, moving cheese from production area to the warehouse cooler + Run Beta Vac / bag sealer with no leakers + Weigh blocks, place label tickets on blocks and boxes + Operate and validate metal detector + Operate boxer and palletizer (Robot) + Tower operation + Maintain operating records (Block Counts) + Perform necessary routine cleaning and preventive maintenance + Master sanitation as needed **Requirements** **Required Minimum Qualifications:** **_Education and Experience_** + High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent experience + Basic computer skills **_Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_** + Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals + Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentage + Perform work independently as required + Perform necessary routine cleaning and preventive maintenance + Knowledge with machines, tools, equipment and Lock out Tag out **Pay Range** $21.97/hour
