Overview Overview: The Elms Hotel & Spa is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Night Cleaner to help maintain our luxurious spa facilities. This role is crucial to ensuring that our spa environment remains spotless, serene, and welcoming for all guests. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and are available to work evening shifts, we’d love to have you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain spa areas including treatment rooms, lounges, restrooms, and relaxation spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures in spa facilities Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas such as light switches, door handles, and equipment Empty trash and dispose of waste in an environmentally-friendly manner Stock cleaning supplies and ensure necessary items are always available Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored safely Maintain a calm, clean, and organized environment for guests and staff Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols specific to a spa environment Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure all spaces are ready for guest use Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Schedule: Flexible, Evening and Weekend Availability Required Qualifications Requirements: Prior cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a spa, hotel, or hospitality setting Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards in a spa atmosphere Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and moving frequently A professional and positive attitude, with the ability to create a serene environment for guests and staff Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
