We are looking for a skilled engineer to join our Austin Downtown team! Our Night Engineer - Class 2 is here to maintain hotel equipment, rooms, inventory and guest service. The operating engineer will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment.

Qualifications Excellent customer service skills.Prior maintenance/engineering experience required.Basic working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.Be the knowledgeable “specialist” in at least 1 area.Must posses at least 1 certification that is applicable to building maintenance.Must be familiar with all common guest requests and how to resolve them.Must understand how to obtain trend information for issues and perform a trend analysis.Be able to fully understand, read and write in the English language.Must be comfortable with physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to walking, standing, climbing, lifting, pushing, pulling for duration of shift. Must be comfortable with normal office conditions and extreme weather conditions. Must have a universal EPA certificate.
