Position Description:

We are searching for an experienced Night Housekeeper for Silversea Cruises!

Overall responsibility of delivering high quality cleaning and smooth running of housekeeping, room service and laundry during the night
Reporting to the executive housekeeper.

You must have experience of managing a team of at least 30 people from a multi-cultural background, understand USPH regulations and the necessary practices, have experience of training, working in a luxury branded environment and be used to organising others.

The department operates at the highest standards of luxury service, with every guest having a butler for their suite, available for their every requirement.

C1/D Preferred but not essential.

You will require a minimum of 3 years in a similar role at 4 / 5 star vessel, as well as strong communication and administrative skills, and the ability to focus on providing exceptional levels of guest service.
