Responsibilities:

Our purpose in Front Desk is to partner collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure that we deliver our vision and mission to be the most hospitable company in the world by:

\n\nCreating exceptional experiences for our guests\nBeing responsible for the Hotel team on shift \nEnsuring the work environment is safe, happy and productive\nEnsuring the periodic audits are completed \nEnsuring the Health, Safety and Security of the Hotel and the team on shift\n\n

\n

About You:

\n\nHave a degree, diploma, or formal certification in Hotel Management or equivalent\nA minimum of 2 years of front-office supervisory experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sectors\nIdeally, be physically in the Perth Metropolitan Area\nHave a full Australian working right (no sponsorship is being offered)\nApproved Manager License (or willing to obtain)\nAquatic Rescue (or willing to obtain)\nFood Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain)\nAdaptable, positive, and have a genuine passion for hospitality\n\n
