Role Title: Concierge/Alarm Monitor

Location: Edinburgh - Brandon Street

Shift: Nights Only

Integral UK is seeking a reliable and attentive Night Concierge to join our team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring alarms and ensuring the safety and security of our client's premises during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to various alarm systems, including fire, security, and building management systemsConduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and securityManage access control for authorized personnel and visitors during night hoursRespond to emergency situations and contact appropriate authorities when necessaryMaintain detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observationsPerform basic administrative tasks as requiredEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsAssist with any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably facilities managementFamiliarity with alarm monitoring systems and proceduresStrong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during night shiftsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situationsBasic computer skills for log-keeping and report writingFlexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
