\nShift Starts at 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
In This Role\nOperate a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling\nUse RF scanners to pick, verify, and place inventory for order fulfillment and storage\nUnload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips\nConduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and promptly report any malfunctions or safety concerns\nIdentify and manage inventory across documentation, including orders, labels, manifests, and bills of lading\nFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and stay informed on process updates\n Monitor and address inventory quality issues through routine checks \nMeet productivity targets while efficiently managing resources\nReport inventory discrepancies using the ICAR process and ensure proper documentation\nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\n2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nBasic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel\nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance\nRequired to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours\nWilling and able to work overtime as needed\n
