As a Packaging Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Packaging Associate **Location:** Plymouth, IN **Pay Range:** $18.15 per hour **What's the Job?** + Throw foam pieces into a hopper for packaging. + Pack foam into boxes and stack them onto a skid. + Reaching, bending, twisting, and repetitive use of shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, elbows, wrists, hands, and fingers. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow standardized work instructions in a fast-paced environment. + Adhere to safety guidelines and company rules. **What's Needed?** + Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. + Steel-toed shoes are required; safety glasses and all other PPE will be provided. + Ability to count accurately and maintain attention to detail throughout your shift. + Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. + Stable work history required. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and engaging environment. + Gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry. + Work with a supportive and collaborative team. + Potential for overtime hours when needed. + Develop skills in packaging and production processes.
