**Looking for Packers in the Mooresville Area! 17.05 3rd shift** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Packer/Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure proper packaging materials are available, inspect products for quality defects, and package products according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. **Responsibilities** + Ensure proper packaging material is available to match production schedule. + Inspect product for quality defects such as unwrapped products, loose wrappers, foreign objects, defective packaging, and proper labeling/lot numbers. + Package product in cartons/cases according to specifications. + Communicate packaging and product quality problems to line leader and/or supervisor. + Stack fully packed and sealed cases on pallet according to product specification layout. + Wrap full pallet of product with stretch wrap and identify with proper production ticket. + Coordinate movement of full pallets with material handler. + Ensure work area is clean and orderly at all times. + Count and weigh scrap and report to line leader or supervisor. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $17.05 • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Mooresville,NC. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Jan 14, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
