THE JOB:

As a Nightclub Promoter at On the Record inside of Park MGM, you'll be at the forefront of promoting our venues and events. Your mission is to captivate potential customers to drive up venue attendance. If you're passionate and eager to make a mark in the nightlife scene, join our dynamic team at On the Record.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.00 hourly plus commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Work in various stations around the property to attract guests

Promote all management-approved comps, specials, drink tickets, wristbands, flyers, and promotional passes/products to guests

Comply with marketing & promotions schedules

Attend all applicable trainings, meetings, pre-shifts, and outreach activities with full knowledge of venue operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1 year of experience in promoting, sales, networking, or related position

Has prior experience in a comparable resort or nightlife environment preferred

Effectively work in extreme weather conditions. i.e., heat, rain, wind, dust storms

Strong customer service and communication skills

Flexibility to work various shifts as this is on-call. Shifts will include weekends and holidays, accommodating the dynamic schedule of our events..
