**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** The NLS coach collaborates with functional teams across EMEA operations to help them achieve their strategic ambitions and build a culture that keeps inspiring them to always improve. Though our current focus is on the DC’s in Ham and Laakdal, our work domain is expanding across the Nike supply chain. Within NLS, the coach is part of a smaller team of 10-15 people with whom he/she will work on a daily basis to serve our athletes personally and to continuously improve. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** The candidate has a passion for developing others. Continuous improvement comes with constant change and the NLS coach shows resilience in case of setbacks. He/ she is a subject matter expert and coach for NLS principles, tools, and techniques to drive a culture of operational excellence. **Looking for your next game?
