What you will do: Ability and willingness to work in 24X7 shifts to ensure Event and Incident process operative Monitor infrastructure alarms through remote monitoring platform and BMS Manage the incident life cycle process from detection to closure Record and classification of Incidents and liaise with Site Ops to determine correct priority to undertake required efforts to restore service as quickly as possible Prepare and release communication to Customer and Business via appropriate templates within SLA / OLA Coordinate / Follow-up with site team to investigate and diagnose Major Incidents to resolve within SLA Consistent update / closure of open incidents in Ticketing tool Regular KPI monitoring of the incident Management system ensuring adherence to contractual SLA / OLA’s are achieved Escalate Incidents at risk of breaching Service Level Agreement/Operational Level Agreement to the Team Lead/Manager Support in Incidents resolution & jeopardy Management activities What we’re looking for:Experience-
3-5 years in Remote Infrastructure environment for Event and Incident Management Knowledge on Data Centre infrastructure & DC Tier specifications Experience of 24X7 working Incidents life cycle aspects. Understanding of SLA, OLA, and MTTR Ability to write Incident Reports, RFO and IRKnowledge & Skills
