Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a NOC Technician who will monitor and troubleshoot the company's network systems, often in a 24/7 environment: Responsibilities: * Network monitoring: Monitor the network for issues, including breaches of service level agreements (SLAs) * Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix network issues, such as problems with routers, switches, and phone platforms * Customer service: Provide technical support to customers and be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries * Documentation: Update network documentation and maintain an inventory of hardware and software * Reporting: Generate reports on network performance * Training: Train new employees and provide remote technical support to field technicians * Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain network infrastructure * Escalation: Escalate tickets to engineering and operations groups as required * Support systems
