Key Responsibilities:

To assist and process the Donor Care team in all Noche Buena donations-related concerns of all the sponsors.Outbound calling to invite sponsors to donate.Coordinate and process donations using different modes of giving and different means of communication.Coordinate sponsors queries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Social/Behavioral Science, or any four-year course with relevant experience in telemarketing and customer care/service.At least a year of broad and substantial experience in marketing, customer service and/or account management.Good command of English and Filipino language.
