Job Overview The incumbent performs Non-Appropriated Funds functions. Work Model: Onsite Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Provide support to the government to develop, validate, and submit annual Execution Plan for each program and/or appropriation as requested. Provide justification for increase or decrease of program costs between Prior Fiscal Year (FY), Current FY and Execution Plan Year. Prepare Execution Plan Exhibits as instructed by the Base Comptroller and other AETC and Headquarters (HQ) instructions. Provide support to the government IOT develop, validate, and submit Unfunded Requirement justifications for each program and/or appropriation as directed by the 42nd Air Base Wing Comptroller. Provide support to the 42nd ABW Comptroller for Financial Working Group and Financial Management Board for justification and priority of UFRs as required. Execute UFRs as funding becomes available. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: High school graduate or equivalent. Trained in Government Directed & US Financial Accounting Standards Boards (FASB) directions for GAAPs Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.  Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.  Valid Alabama state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.   Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.   U.S. Citizenship.   Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).     Reasonable Accommodation: It is CGS, LLC business philosophy and practice to provide reasonable accommodations, according to applicable state and federal laws, to all qualified individuals with physical or mental disabilities.
