As one of our Non-Discrimination Testing consultants, you will contribute to our national project delivery team and make a valuable difference every day to our high-profile client organizations. One of the fastest growing areas of our retirement business is assisting clients with various special projects requiring Non-Discrimination Testing for defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
Non-Discrimination Testing Consultant
WTW benefit consultants have deep experience working with organizations of all types and sizes. We work closely with clients to develop some of the most advanced benefit design techniques currently in use. We combine expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering and communicating all types of retirement plans.
As a Consultant specific to Non-Discrimination Testing, you will:
Have overall responsibility for the project success Lead or support large, complicated client projects Be able to assess the testing needs and options for complex projects Review scopes of work, budgets and project plans Be one of the primary points of contact with the client for complex projects Be available and help consultants address specific client needs and concerns Help prepare and present client materials Effectively explain complex issues to the client in a clear and concise manner Collaborate effectively with the team to guarantee the project's success Coordinate nationally within WTW to build project support Support tools, training, controls, and staff to ensure individual projects are successfulRequirements
Ten or more years of experience performing all aspects of non-discrimination testing for retirement plans (both defined benefit and defined contribution plans) including coverage, QSLOBs, amount testing, and BRF testingExperience with multiple employer plans is a plusSolid mathematical and analytical skillsOperations experience leading and coordinating large groups and initiativesWork experience that demonstrates strong technical, and/or client service and leadership skillsPassion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the clientAbility to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environmentAbility to prioritize and have good attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsAbility to work with remote teams and travel as neededTime Commitment

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $110,000-$205,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
