Function/Duties of Position

Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry and report generation.

Checking out/handing out supplies to students during Dental Student Simulation LabStocking supply carts with supplies for students to use during courses and individual simulation activityParticipating in SIM related special projects including SIM storage organization and the transfer of inventory to new inventory management system Required Qualifications Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)Demonstrable record of reliable attendance, punctuality and proven successful performanceDemonstrated exemplary tact, discretion, confidentiality and diplomacyDemonstrated ability to read, write and understand written and oral instructions in EnglishDemonstrated exemplary customer service experience All are welcome Oregon Health & Science University values a diverse and culturally competent workforce.
