Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and safety planning. Provide referrals and linkages to supportive services. Scheduling and administrative tasks, including case conferences for case solutions. Complete contract and/or regulatory compliance activities. Participate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekends. Promote a work culture of inclusion and diversity. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with one-year experience with domestic violence preferred. Associates considered with 2 or more years experience with domestic violence. High School diploma or GED with 4 or more years experience will be considered. Valid/clean New York State driver’s license required. Reliable transportation. Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
