Responsibilities:
Provide emergency assistance for victims and survivors of domestic violence seeking assistance.
Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and safety planning.
Provide referrals and linkages to supportive services.
Scheduling and administrative tasks, including case conferences for case solutions.
Complete contract and/or regulatory compliance activities.
Participate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekends.
Promote a work culture of inclusion and diversity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with one-year experience with domestic violence preferred. Associates considered with 2 or more years experience with domestic violence. High School diploma or GED with 4 or more years experience will be considered.
Valid/clean New York State driver’s license required. Reliable transportation. Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
