As a **Client Support Specialist** , you will be responsible for handling incoming client questions, assisting clients with various issues, answering incoming calls, and triaging client service phone calls. You will also use our case management system to track and resolve client inquiries.:
**Responsibilities** :
+ Client Assistance: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients via phone, email, chat, or social media. Answer client questions, provide information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
+ Case Management: Use our case management system to log, track, and follow up on client inquiries. Ensure that client issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
+ Collaborate effectively with other departments to gather and provide accurate and timely answers to client inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
+ Call Triage and Phone Support: Answer incoming calls from clients and handle them according to our phone etiquette standards. Transfer calls to appropriate departments or escalate issues as needed.
+ And other related duties as required from time to time
**Qualification and job requirements**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Having a desire to work diligently and satisfy clients is commendable.
+ Previous experience in client service, call center, or related field.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
+ Ability to work onsite to collaborate with the team and other departments.
+ Working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment along with CRM systems like Salesforce.com
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
+ Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
+ Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and business demands

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The hourly range for this position (in local currency) is $23-$24/hr.
