Nondestructive Examination (NDE) - Level II Radiographer

Braun Intertec is seeking a Nondestructive Examination (NDE) - Level II Radiographer in Minot, ND.

Responsibilities:

Perform Ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual inspections on specifically assigned field or laboratory projects Works independently as crew lead on job sites Trains assistants on proper processes and procedures Prepare reports and other work documents in a timely and accurate manner Understands and utilizes safe work practices 


Required Skills:

Post education in nondestructive testingIRRSP card for industrial radiography80 hours of RT classroom training40 hour radiation safety trainingTWIC badge a plusRecent experience performing magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, radiographic and visual inspections

Required Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalentFamiliar with NDT equipmentExperienced with NDT methods and proceduresMust meet or exceed ASNT-TC-1A Level II requirement for experience and educationMust have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travelMust be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.Must be able to work off ladders and scaffold
