**_Nordic Commercial Vehicle Sales Zone Manager_**

**_What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?_**
+ _Implementation of Ford Commercial Vehicle Sales Strategy in the Distributor Markets_
+ _Act as a primary contact person between Ford and the importers_
+ _Represent the company's interest and objectives_
+ _Responsible of respective Distributor Markets_
+ _Annual, quarterly and monthly share and CO2 objective planning, setting and follow up_
+ _Industry, segmentation and production allocation planning_
+ _Driving annual and monthly wholesale activity with volume planning and market follow up_
+ _Submit VM distribution proposals inline with market feedback Ford strategic and tactical interests_
+ _Review and follow competitors’ activities_
+ _Support importer's operation and give ideas how to improve dealer's performance, quality and efficiency in Commercial Vehicle business_
+ _Assure quality and timely reports by Importers/Distributors/Dealers_
+ _Regularly visit importers to keep track of sales and fleet activities and plan future actions_
**_Are we looking for you? Yes, if…_**
+ _You have university/college degree (economical/technical background preferred)_
+ _You have minimum 3 years of automotive sales and / or product marketing and / or product pricing experience_
+ _Commercial Vehicle product knowledge is an advantage_
+ _OEM level work experience is an advantage_
+ _Strong Sales Planning & Distribution knowledge is an advantage_
+ _You are open to learn new products and sales strategies_
+ _You have good analytical skills_
+ _You have excellent negotiation skills – able to build new relationships_
+ _You have category B driving license_
+ _You are fluent in English_
+ _You have advanced skills in MS Office applications_
+ _You have strong inter-personal and presentation skills_
+ _You have willingness to travel_
