a day in the life: what you’ll do
As a NA Event Experience Lead, you will:
Lead or support assigned Event Experiences to create meaningful brand momentsLead cross functional teams and working groups with strong event planning and project management skillsDevelop all relevant event planning and operational documentation (e.g., workback schedules, run of show, venue, and space floor plans, etc.)Create operational guest communications plans and enroll internal partners to support guestsSource and manage external suppliers, partners, and vendorsManage designated portion of the budgetSupport in the development of training plans for the extended event team including event staff, volunteers, contractors, vendors and suppliers as requiredqualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years event experienceRetail experience is valuableExperience managing large scale projectsmust haves

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $85,100 - $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
