• Contractual is the future of print at HP, and we are hiring an East and a West iMPS Innovation Specialist to accelerate this strategic part of HP’s channel managed print services (MPS) business. You are articulate, a great presenter, able to simplify the complex, technical but relatable, and excellent at engaging with customers, internally and externally. You are a team player who likes to win and is excited by – and can excite others about – amazing technological innovations. This position is funded by HP Worldwide Global Business Unit.
Responsibilities
Working with US HP Channel MPS Partners and HP MPS Partner Business Managers:
• Support a defined geographical region of partners and sales leaders
• Work with US Sales, workforce solutions, North America category team, and the worldwide business unit to fully understand HP print innovations in print hardware, supplies, software, and solutions and how they support the customer’s entire ecosystem and solve their printing problems.
• Working with account owners, create a plan to deliver and educate partners on HP innovations across the portfolio - including selling the value proposition around these innovations with the HP print portfolio that directly address specific customer needs; this could include partner trainings, 1:1 engagement and even customer conversations.
• Track and measure engagements and outcomes
• Understand the complexity of HP and pull in subject matter experts as needed
Knowledge and Skills
• Strong Communicator
• Excellent presentation skills, including creating effective presentations; presenting in person and virtually to small and large groups
• Ability to engage at multiple levels of leadership
• Strong understanding the managed print and copier market
• Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Canadian French speaking a bonus
Education & Experience Recommended
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the print or technology industry
• Demonstrated experience with channel and partner engagement
• Technical aptitude in print innovations and solutions

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $115,400 to $156,00 annually. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
