The team

Hitachi Vantara is looking for a results-driven marketer with a growth mindset to join our marketing team as Senior Field Marketing Manager, Northern EMEA. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you'll be responsible for the strategy and tactics that deliver marketing sourced goal attainment.  

The role

As a key team member, you’ll ensure that our marketing efforts are efficient and continuously optimized to deliver the best results for the business in the Norther EMEA region.

Your focus areas will include various tasks such as owning, developing, and executing fully integrated marketing plans to drive demand generation, land new logos and achieve new business pipeline targets. You'll define the Northern EMEA field marketing priorities and multi-channel marketing plans in a strong collaboration with the EMEA Partner team.  Moreover you'll provide strategic direction and translating global campaigns into regional plans aligned to country priorities and you'll partnering with regional sales, corporate marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing activities and enhance brand visibility in the marketplace.

What you’ll bring

10+ years of experience in B2B field  and partner / channel marketing, Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion through field and channel marketing initiatives Strong understanding of partner and channel sales models and experience in developing effective marketing programs to support channel partners Proven experience working in a global or multi-regional capacity, with an understanding of diverse marketing and cultural nuances Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing programs based on data-driven insights Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing marketing team
