\nDUTIES: \n\n\tActs as a liaison between departments\n\tHandles basic accounting tasks\n\tImplements office policies and procedures\n\tManages vendor relationships\n\tOrganizes meetings and events\n\tAssists with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees\n\tRequires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills\n\tProficiency in office software is essential\n\tMust be adept at multitasking\n\tAbility to work independently while supporting various team members and executives\n\nRequirements \n\n\n\tHit the ground running\n\tQuickBooks Online a must\n\tAccounts payable, receivable\n\tPayroll\n\tGeneral office management\n\tCustomer Service\n\tStrong organizational skills\n\tBilingual Spanish\n\t3 - 5 years of experience \n\n\n
