Job Description Insight Global is seeking a two Nozomi Engineers to join a global cyber security operational technology IT team in a life science and pharmaceutical company. The goal of these consultants is working with site leads and team members to contribute to Nozomi deployment process improvements and automations, standardize engineering workflows, and update and maintain appropriate documentation. In order to be successful, we are seeking candidates who have experience using Nozomi to expand deployment, implement new solutions and processes, create and maintain documentation, create automation requests, work on open threat cases, and assist the L2 team with CSOC tasks. We are seeking one candidate in LATAM and one in Eastern Europe, and since this is a global team, we will require candidates to write and speak in professional English. This team partners with the security engineering and operations teams, high-level vendor partners, and global regions, so these individuals must have had experience working on highly matrixed team and the ability to prioritize work. These engineers should have working knowledge of infrastructure systems and architecture for troubleshooting or network support, previous experience being vendor, customer, and stakeholder-facing, and a background in OT and OT environments.
