**Overview** St. Luke's Health System is seeking a flexible full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant to join our patient focused Physical Medicine and Rehab Team. This team currently consists of 4 physicians and 2 APP's who offer comprehensive care after catastrophic events such as brain or spinal cord injury, and after less serious physical injury.
