This is a great opportunity for a new or seasoned clinician to build and grow their practice with a supportive team in a high-quality and patient-centered environment. The current team consists of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine & Pediatric MD’ & APP’s, Chiropractor, Optometrist, and General Surgeon’s. This is a busy primary care practice with excellent medical specialty outreach and an on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center offering outpatient services. The team continues to grow and expand services. The position will include: + 1.0 FTE, full-time status (36 patient contact hours; 4 hours professional time per week) + Mon-Fri 8am-5pm + Care for all adult patients ages 18 and older; mix of Walk-In Clinic & Internal Medicine + 16-20 patients per day + Established patient base + May also provide outreach support at our other senior care communities or satellite clinics. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills, while working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. The NP/PA will provide health care to individuals, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention.
