They may care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category and area of expertise. **Education Qualifications:** **NP/PA – Urgent Care/Walk-In Clinic 0.75 FTE Flex** **Detroit Lakes, MN, and Park Rapids, MN** We seek a new or experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to care for all ages at Essentia Health St. Mary’s Detroit Lakes Urgent Care and Park Rapids Walk-In Clinic. This position has routinely scheduled hours in Detroit Lakes Urgent Care and will provide some cross-coverage for staffing gaps in the Park Rapids Highway 34 Walk-In Clinic. You will collaborate with a great group of providers and support staff in delivering high-quality acute care needs. The practitioner will be able to provide the full range of medicine in an enjoyable and fulfilling work environment that is both fast-paced and growing. Detroit Lakes and Park Rapids offer a wide array of recreation and are great places to live and work. + 0.75 FTE Flex Position with Full Benefits. + Typical schedule will vary, including 8–12-hour shifts at the Detroit Lakes Urgent Care and Park Rapids Walk-In Clinic. + Both sites are typically staffed with two Providers and two nurses per shift, averaging 18 – 24 patients per shift per provider. The Detroit Lakes Urgent Care is open 8:00 am-7:30 pm, M-F, and 8:00 am- 3:30 pm Sat & Sun. The Park Rapids Walk-In Clinic is open 8:00 am – 6:30 pm, M-F, and Saturday 8:00 – 12:00 pm with occasional holiday hours. + Experience in Urgent Care, Walk-in, or Emergency Medicine is a plus!
