We are looking for a Launch and Industrialization Engineer who will carry out commissioning activities for new products in collaboration with the Project Leader and the Project Manager.
As an experienced Launch and Industrialization Engineer, you will coordinate with Product Industrialization, Logistics, Production and Quality Assurance for the management of start-up activities for a new product, check the manufacturability of the concepts proposed and optimize design/process to guarantee product robustness and process capabilities. You will consolidate specific process expertise and explore new manufacturing process to improve product performance/reduce manufacturing cost.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Plan the industrialization activities and takes care of the realization of the pre-series up to the production pilot run. Propose a process to meet project objectives and supporting product performance. Coordinate design modification to improve manufacturability and reduce cost on all new products. Consolidate product cost based on estimations first or internal/external quotation request. Track projects investments. Collaborate with the Project Leader to solve technical problems during the industrialization and production pilot run process. Plan, coordinate, and carry out production risk reduction activities (PDFMA, risk assessments, etc ..) Collaborate with Logistics to collect the required materials and components for internal qualification (form A to D samples) Follow the pilot run phases of the new products in the factory, defining all the documentation accompanying the project (Test specifications, Assembly Instructions etc.) For international or major projects, they can act as an assistant to the Project Leader.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience preferred or High School Diploma with electromechanical / mechanical address. Good knowledge of Italian and English language. Demonstrated ability gained in manufacturing Company, with equivalent technical job.
