For our factory in Timisoara, producer of telecom antennas, we are recruiting for an NPI Buyer to be responsible for initiate materialization for each production - Prototype, Release candidate, pre-PVT, PVT, Ramp up - inside the EAR entity.

What you will do:

•    Initiate materialization for each production (Prototype, Release candidate, pre-PVT, PVT, Ramp up)
•    Breakdown of BOM to identify critical materials to have it available in time for production.
•    Tracking materials status for relevant BOM states.
•    Communicate important materialization milestones within project team/relevant stakeholders.
•    Initiate possible mitigation measure to ensure material availability and secure production (Prototype, Release candidate, pre-PVT, PVT, Ramp-up) build up according to project plan.
•    Work closely with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
•    Source new materials, obtaining competitive prices and lead times to support NPI initiatives.
•    Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve the best value without compromising quality.
•    Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
•    Monitor inventory levels and manage lead times to avoid production delays.
•    Have a basic understanding of technical data sheets to effetely evaluate material specifications

You will bring:

•    Previous experience as NPI Buyer.
•    Bachelor's degree.
•    Excellent knowledge of negotiation.
•    Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM).
•    Strong communication skills.
•    Excellent organizational and project management skills.
•    Attention to detail, Creative problem-solving, Goals oriented attitude.
•    A strategic and analytical mind.
•    Accuracy, high level of responsibility, professional ethics and personal culture.
•    Proven ability to challenge current practices, analyses, and drawing conclusions on findings.
•    Fluent in English language.

•    Christmas, Easter and vacation bonus – total amount of 2500 Ron net;
•    Meal tickets – 35 Ron/ day;
